
got the idea from a menu card at sunflower market...tillapia over spinach with grapefruit avacado topping...mmm mmm good! in the glass, not near as yummy but super healthy...and i had to try it once...it was in a menu book a friend of mine gave me...raw celery soup...very interesting...wont make it again though!
